BILLIARDS MODEL
A semi-complex Sim World Model.
Billiards is an example of a Sim World model in which both agents and tiles are used together in order to achieve the desired result. There are two submodels, one for
the balls and one for the surface, which define the agents and tiles of the model respectively. The model has the balls rolling in random directions from an initial
point, and they bounce off the walls in a very physical way. As they roll across the surface, it becomes “degraded” and you can see the color begin to fade. Interesting
features of this model include the boundary conditions that are defined inside of the ball subclass which allows for the movement of the balls to behave in a very
physical way.
